What customers say?

“ Nice ambiance but food is pretty overpriced for the portion and taste. The shrimp congee was a highlight. The benedicts were regular. The crispy kale was a good idea but super greasy. We sat on the patio which was nice to hangout with friends on a good day. ”

“ I took my parents there for brunch, and the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I ordered a variety of dishes and ended up finishing them all. For my drink, I chose Yok Lor, which is a coffee with milk and condensed milk, and I loved it. I highly recommend this place; it has become my favorite brunch restaurant in the bay area ”

“ Bright and airy brunch cafe in downtown Saratoga, with a newly launched evening Jazz supper club! Darla Cafe has been our go-to brunch place whenever we visit the South Bay since they opened in early 2023. The owners and service staff were always friendly, courteous, and fun. Their indoor decor is bright, modern, and elegant, with a beautiful outdoor enclosed patio built around a large oak tree. Their food is wonderfully unique, with a tasty mix of traditional and fusion flavors, like the Lobster Pad Thai with a whole lobster tail! Darla had earned their place on our brunch rotation, and now with the launch of their Jazz Supper Club, they are now a dinner destination for us as well! The live music, new cocktail menus, and the ambiance makes for an amazing evening for any occasion. ”

“ This brunch spot is a delightful find, offering both style and substance. The food is a feast for the eyes, with beautifully designed dishes that look almost too good to eat. Fortunately, the flavors match the presentation—every bite is as satisfying as it is visually appealing. A standout feature is their kid-friendly menu, making it a great choice for families. It’s always a relief to find a place that caters to young diners without compromising on quality or creativity. The seating options are versatile, with both indoor and outdoor spaces available. Whether you prefer a cozy corner indoors or a breezy patio experience, this spot has you covered. One of the best parts? It’s not overly crowded. You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere without feeling rushed or cramped, even during typical brunch hours. With its combination of delicious food, thoughtful design, and a welcoming ambiance, this place is a must-visit for brunch lovers. Whether you’re dining solo, with friends, or bringing the kids along, it’s a spot that caters to everyone. ”

“ Had the corn ribs, summer rolls, can’t pronounce the pork belly so I added the menu. Also the chicken curry substitutions with tofu. All really delicious ”
